These Terms govern your use of ClearPath ("the App"). By using ClearPath, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be 13 years or older.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
We may suspend accounts for misuse.
3. Use of the App
You agree not to:
- Misuse or exploit the app
- Reverse-engineer or bypass limits
- Upload harmful or illegal content
4. AI Suggestions Disclaimer
The app generates suggestions using OpenAI.
You acknowledge that:
- AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete
- AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
- The app is for productivity and planning only
- You must exercise personal judgment
- We are not liable for decisions based on AI output
5. Feature Limits
ClearPath may enforce limits including:
- AI generation quotas
- Maximum goals & tasks
- Rate limits for free users
- Different limits for paid tiers
These limits may change at any time.
6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
- Subscriptions and IAPs are processed through the App Store.
- Refunds follow App Store policies, not ours.
- Paid features are active only during your subscription period.
RevenueCat manages entitlements and purchase validation.
7. Notifications
If enabled, we may send reminders, motivational messages, and updates.
You may turn them off in system settings.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of your goals and tasks.
You grant us permission to:
- Store your content
- Process it to provide app features
- Use it to generate AI suggestions
9. Data Providers
Your data may be stored or processed by:
- Clerk
- Supabase
- OpenAI
- Mixpanel
- RevenueCat
- Expo Notifications
Each has its own terms of service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
You may request account deletion via email.
11. Limitation of Liability
ClearPath is provided "as-is".
We are not responsible for:
- AI inaccuracies
- Lost data
- Missed tasks or deadlines
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use the app at your own risk.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
