This Privacy Policy explains how PicEnhance collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects personal information when you access or use our mobile application and related services (“Services”).

1.1 Account Information

• Name or display identifier
• Authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In)

1.2 User-Provided Content

• Photos uploaded by you
• Selfie or avatar reference images
• AI-generated images created using the Service

1.3 Usage & Technical Information

• App interaction and feature usage data
• Subscription and credit usage information
• Device information, crash logs, and diagnostics

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond image content voluntarily uploaded by users.

4. AI Processing & Image Generation

Uploaded images are securely transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to generate requested outputs. We do not use uploaded or generated content for advertising purposes.

We do not independently train proprietary AI models using your content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or fail to represent real-world likeness.

5. Storage & Security

• Authentication and database services are provided by Supabase.
• Images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage.
• Backend processing occurs via Cloudflare Workers.
• AI generation is performed using Google AI services.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such international transfers in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• You may delete images or your account at any time within the App.
• Deleted content is removed from active systems immediately.
• Permanent deletion from storage systems occurs within approximately 30 days, subject to backup retention cycles and legal requirements.
• We do not use deleted content for AI training, advertising, or commercial exploitation.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Object to or restrict certain processing
